The objective of education in the Major of Civil Engineering is to develop creative and active professional civil engineers that contribute to the fields of structural, geotechnical, hydrodynamic, hydrologic, spatial information, and environmental engineering as well as construction management. The main research objectives are the enhancement of natural environment suitable for people and total management of infrastructure including research, planning, design, construction, safety diagnosis, and maintenance.
